Curses come from negative emotions, so... I don't know if there is a way to end it. Not really.

Negative emotions... Perhaps the true enemy is the means by which something as natural as negative emotions can manifest into a physical danger.

Who is this "King"? Or what?

I don't really know enough about it to figure that kind of thing out. I'm pretty stupid, Rowan-san.

Sukuna. He's known as the king of all the curses.
